Hidden deep within the Tennengebirge mountains near Werfen lies the Eisriesenwelt, the world’s largest natural ice cave. Stretching over 42 km in total length, only the first kilometer is open to visitors—but that section alone reveals a breathtaking underground world of frozen sculptures, ice walls, and shimmering formations created by nature over thousands of years.
