How Can I Book A Taxi?
Just click on Book Now, fill required fields and submit your order, it’s done.
How short-notice can I request a taxi?
For short-notice orders, please allow a minimum of 6 hours. Alternatively, feel free to call us directly to check availability
Can I book a taxi for someone else?
Yes, you may book a cab for someone else, but please provide the passenger’s full details.
Prices & Payments
Are there fixed prices for certain routes?
Prices shown at the time of booking are final, no hidden charges.”

What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods: cash upon arrival to the driver, or card payments via debit/credit (including Stripe).”
Are there extra charges at night or on holidays?
No extra charges apply for night-time or holiday bookings—our rates stay the same.”
Vehicles
Do you have wheelchair-accessible taxis?
Wheelchair facilities are not available inside the van. However, if the wheelchair is foldable, we may be able to store it in the trunk
Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Travel in comfort—every vehicle is equipped with full air conditioning
Do your taxis provide child seats?
Child seats are available upon request. Additional charges may apply
Is the taxi booking app available in multiple languages?
Yes, our app supports several languages including English, German, French, Spanish, and more. You can change your preferred language in the settings.
During the Ride
How do I recognize my taxi?
To ensure a smooth pickup, our driver will greet you in the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name.
What if the taxi is late?
If your driver is delayed because of traffic or unforeseen circumstances, feel free to contact him directly—or give our booking office a call. We’re here to help
How long will the driver wait for me?
Relax—we track your flight in real time and include 1 hour of complimentary waiting. Need more time? No problem, extended waiting is available for an extra fee.
Can I make multiple stops?
Just let us know in advance—additional charges may apply.
Lost & Found / Issues
What if I forgot something in the taxi?
We know things can get left behind—reach out, and we’ll do our best to reunite you with your lost item

Cancellation & Refunds
How can I cancel my booking?
Change of plans? Just drop us a line at booking@exurotrip.com or give us a call—we’ll take care of your cancellation
Will I get a full refund if I cancel early?
Need to cancel? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and you’ll get a 100% refund
