Vehicles

Wheelchair facilities are not available inside the van. However, if the wheelchair is foldable, we may be able to store it in the trunk

Yes, our app supports several languages including English, German, French, Spanish, and more. You can change your preferred language in the settings.

During the Ride

To ensure a smooth pickup, our driver will greet you in the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name.

If your driver is delayed because of traffic or unforeseen circumstances, feel free to contact him directly—or give our booking office a call. We’re here to help

Relax—we track your flight in real time and include 1 hour of complimentary waiting. Need more time? No problem, extended waiting is available for an extra fee.

Just let us know in advance—additional charges may apply.
