These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and transportation services. By booking a ride or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Overview ExuroTrip offers premium vehicles with professional chauffeur service throughout Salzburg Austria and surrounding regions. Our offerings include:
• Airport transfers
• Point-to-point rides
• Hourly service
• Hotel transportation
• Private tours
Payment & Billing
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved invoicing for corporate clients.
• Hourly bookings are billed based on actual usage, with a minimum duration requirement.
• Additional fees (e.g., tolls, parking, waiting time) will be itemized and added to the final invoice if applicable.
Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a full charge (No Refund).
• Changes to bookings must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Passenger Responsibilities
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details, including pick-up time and location.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or unlawful substances is prohibited in all vehicles.
• Passengers are expected to treat both the chauffeur and the vehicle with respect at all times..
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger may result in additional fees to cover repair or cleaning costs.
Delays & Liability
• ExuroTrip is not liable for any delays arising from weather, traffic disruptions, road conditions, or other unforeseen events outside of our control.
• We are committed to punctuality and proactively adapt schedules in real time to minimize disruptions.
Vehicle Requests
• While we do our best to accommodate specific vehicle preferences, availability may be affected by operational demands.
• In cases where a requested vehicle is unavailable, a comparable or higher-tier alternative will be provided at no extra cost.
Privacy Policy
• ExuroTrip is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients.
• Any information collected—such as names, contact details, or travel preferences—is used solely for service coordination and customer communication.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill service obligations (e.g., with trusted chauffeurs or booking partners).
