ExuroTrip provides premium chauffeured transportation, airport transfers, ski resort shuttles, and private guiding services. A contract is considered legally binding only after ExuroTrip issues a written booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp and payment details are verified.
Airport Pickups: ExuroTrip tracks all client flight numbers in real-time. Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual time of flight landing is included in the fare.
Standard Pickups (Hotels/Addresses): A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included.
Extended Delays: If a client cannot be reached or fails to appear after the complimentary waiting period expires, it will be categorized as a "No-Show," the driver will be released, and 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
To maintain our elite scheduling and vehicle availability, the following cancellation fees strictly apply:
More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation or booking modification. Any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full, minus a fixed transaction processing fee of up to 3.5% (depending on the payment gateway, card issuer, or international currency conversion rates).
Less than 24 hours before pickup or No-Show: 100% of the total agreed booking fare will be charged. No Refunds
Bespoke Guided Day Tours: require a 48-hour cancellation notice for a full refund due to certified guide scheduling.
Safety: In compliance with Austrian law, seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
Vehicle Damage/Soiling: If a passenger causes extraordinary interior soiling (e.g., spilled drinks, sickness) or intentional damage to the vehicle, a minimum cleaning and restoration fee of €250.00 will be charged immediately to the credit card on file, plus any additional actual repair costs and vehicle downtime losses.
While our fleet is optimized with advanced winter technology and alpine-trained drivers, ExuroTrip is not liable for transport delays or cancellations caused by extreme force majeure events, including official alpine road closures, severe avalanches, official weather disasters, or unpredictable border controls within the European Union. In such rare events, alternative transit options will be arranged.
